So it’s probably totally cheating to start off your brand new wedding blog with your own pictures, huh? But for us, when we shot this wedding it was the epitome of what we hope The Black Tie Bride will be all about. Grace. Elegance. A quietness that comes from knowing who you are. History. Family. Legacy. A belief that a true style endures while trends continue to come and go. Authenticity. Being in love with your best friend. Candlelit receptions. Well-structured, thought out, and personal details that make an impact not just an impression. Maybe having a few things that sparkle, but knowing that the real light comes from within. Timelessness. The hope that the pictures and the moments and the day will be just as loved and relevant 60 years from today as they are right now. Rich, black & white imagery that shows real, raw emotion & reminds us that in the end it’s the people and the love and the laughter, not just the pretty details, that matter most. That is this wedding for us.
